I had 2 previous experience with 2 different land rover dealers near me , perhaps the salesmen r too experienced , almost like robot , they never gave me the impression that Michael did to me . I have to say , without Michael being there , I wouldn't buy that car from there at all . The manager made a mistake to ask Michael to confirm the meeting , which was agreed less than 12 hrs , to meet with me in dundee . On that date, Michael never turn up on the agreed time, I was a bit annoyed honestly . But a video was sent to me the same date to show me some details of the car , so I have to give them a thumb up for that . Next 2 days, Michael did drive the car down to my home n let us to test drive n discuss the details . Overall , right place, right time , right price, right CAR n most importantly right SALESMAN
