Our experience with Peter Vardy was exceptional. Stephen McDonald was extremely proactive and made us feel extremely comfortable with our purchase. We found the vehicle on the website and due to us being in Aylesbury, we could not see the car in person. However the video issued had an amazing level of detail and this is a service I have never seen before. Stephen then drove the car down to us personally which I can only admire him for. When he got to us in the evening time, he then spent the time to drive with us in the car, show us how to use all tech within the car, rather then wanting to get back on the road. I can only congratulate your company for having a member of staff with this attitude and knowledge base. (I wish I had people of the same level working for me) My only disappointment is that Peter Vardy is in Aberdeen and not in Aylesbury, which is something that know one can change. We are so pleased with the overall experience on buying our first Range Rover as we were nervous in the first instance. I would also say that Stephen working until 20:30 to see the sale through with us was amazing, it was so great to have it all agreed within the same day as we don't like process being dragged out.
