Overall I was very pleased with the service I received when I recently purchased and took delivery of my Range Rover Evoque. My sales rep, Alastair Grant was very tentative and attended to all my requests and requirements during the process. I found Alastair very friendly and I liked that whilst he clearly was seeking to get a good sale he was neither pushy or dismissive whilst we negotiated the finer details. He was a credit to your dealership and I would have no hesitation in purchasing from him again. Similarly your receptionist (sorry I can't remember her name but I think she came from Brazil) was very nice and made sure I was very comfortable at all times. Regards Gary
