As I currently work for Peter Vardy I know the handover process and it was very rushed and I am still unsure what I do about servicing, do you contact me or do I need to keep in touch I was never told. Knowing the PV Experience it was completely different and confirmed all the reasons I didn't go to into a dealership for a car before. No introduction to the service department has left me completely unsure of when to bring my car in or who to speak to. A bit more knowledge around the after sales would have been good, as I have also not had a follow up call. Other than that completely love my car!
