I was accompanied by Chris from Sales at Peter Vardy Hillington throughout my recent purchase of a BMW X1. His customer service and knowledge relating to the car was extremely good considering the high turn around of vehicles Peter Vardy has. Many of the other guys on the floor were also very helpful alone the way. I have to say that there could be better integration between sales and aftercare, I feel the sales people like Chris are very enthusiastic about their role and are keen to sell cars but when passed over to aftercare, the level of service drops and I was passed around 2/3 people in this area. Maybe more time on aftercare and less time with the lanyards and red carpet shenanigans at the front door! Other than these minor things, would happily buy more cars here and particularly with Chris and a few others!
