Very pleased with the experience. My initial meeting with Kevin McCrum went very well and I was given options without pressure. Handover, again mainly with Kevin was also a pleasant experience. I deliberately held off writing this review as I had come across a couple of very small issues with the car and was keen to see how this would be resolved beforehand. After bringing them to the attention of Kevin, I'm happy to say that these were resolved quickly, professionally and efficiently. All in all a very good experience and a special thank you to Kevin for making it feel all the more personal, professional and welcoming. If the aftercare is given the same professionalism that I have received from Kevin, I would most likely be returning to purchase my next vehicle from Kevin when the time comes.
