I have been a town & Country customer for over ten years including the transition to Peter Vardy. Over this time I have purchased two FreeLanders, two Range Rover Sports and two Porche Boxters. I have been appalled by the poor customer support from Peter Vardy over a relatively small issue. Peter Vardy staff have consistently failed to return telephone calls despite promises to do so, on the one occasion they did ring back the lady asked if I had bought my Last Range Rover Sport SDV6 from them as they couldn't find any record of it! We have sent a number of recorded delivery letters to both the Glasgow main office and the Aberdeen branch and failed to receive any response. Having called on numerous occasions we eventually got hold of the Complaints Manager Megan who promised to look into the matter has failed to respond after two and a half weeks despite promising to get back last week. This started Oct 2015 and is still onging, What has happened is that this small matter will now ensure that I never purchase a vehicle from any Peter Vardy franchise and will advise others to do the same.
