I did enjoy my experience, however, I spent a long time waiting around. On my first visit when an arrangement was made with a salesman for me to come in after waiting 30 minutes and not being seen I left as I had to be somewhere else. I did return and did purchase a car but I had to phone and chase things up and a few times left a message and was not called back. I'm currently waiting on my personal number plate details arriving, I handed in V5 document for my old car when it arrived and was told to come in any time during the week to get plates fitted. Luckily I phoned before driving over as is was not the correct information.
