We came into your Aberdeen showroom with a specific car in mind for our son. As we wanted a second hand car we thought that there wouldnt be one available but we were served by Gary Herbert who found the exact car on his computer which had just been traded in. Everwhere was white with snow but he went out and hosed the car down so that we were actually able to view the car so well done for braving the elements for us. We made a deal with him for the car (after a bit of negotiating haha) and took our son back to see the car a few days later. We couldnt get the car until the previous owner had gotten her paperwork to remove the private plates but once again Gary went the extra mile (literally) and went to the ladys work to get the paperwork so that we could get the car quicker. We are delighted with the car and also the deal we made. We have bought most of our cars from Arnold Clark and most recently John Clark in .Dundee. I can honestly say that this is the first car I have enjoyed buying as it is usually stressful. I am sure this is due to Gary as he was so friendly, but was always professional and efficient. He explained all the extras we could have and we took the extra warranty, the service plan, gap insurance and the seat and carpaint protection. Im sure this shows how well he did his job. I would definately come to your garage again as it was a pleasure to do business with you all. Gary is a credit to your establishment and if there are any bonuses for excellent customer service e should get one as his service was 10/10 and he has gained a customer who will return due to the service he gave.
