The handover process itself was excellent . However there was an issue on handover of 3 scratches and very minor indentations which had been poorly touched up. Paul phoned his manager and got authorization for me to take the van away and organise to have this done at my local paintshop as I live 2 .5 hours from your depot. This is scheduled for this Friday 6th May, Justin Fotheringham has authorised the quote for this to be completed . I realise accidents and scratches happen but slightly disappointed this was not noticed or pointed out prior to collection as it is now an inconvenience for me to have to deal with which timewise I could do without.
