Sales team at Dalgety Bay were very good and found my car in the colour I was desperate for. It did arrive the following day for collection but I received a call saying that it had a scratch and that they were sending it to be fixed. Very grateful that it was fixed however was slightly annoyed as was then told should get the car tomorrow with a possibility of it taking 2 days. Was then contacted the following day to say that it would not be that day but ready by 2pm tomorrow. I did then phone the following day just after 3pm to see if it was ready for collection but was then told it was the but would then be the next day for definite. I did get my car 3 days later than expected but Stuart the Sales Person was incredibly apologetic and it was definitely worth the wait. If I had been told on the original day of collection that I would not be able to pick it up for 3 to 4 days and that they would confirm the collection once the body shop had completed the repair rather than telling me each day it would be tomorrow I would have scored it 10. I would rather have someone under promise and then over deliver so that my expectations are then surpassed.
