Service was very good on all face to face contacts. Dalgety bay staff were attentive when in store.
Your telephone services are frustrating in the evenings - I phoned the branch number to try and get hold of someone at the branch but was clearly on hold on a nationwide switchboard. I spent 14mins on hold and eventually gave up. It should be possible to contact a branch directly during all opening hours rather than being held in a national queue. (Had I not already payed a deposit on my vehicle by that point I would have taken my business elsewhere).
