Very impressed with the efficient, quick service. Knowledgeable and helpful staff who were very welcoming, and patient with our 2 young daughters who we'd had to bring along with us. Excellent follow-up phone calls since we brought our new car home. Many thanks to John Clifford for making our experience so positive. A very small note - when we completed the documentation for the new car, I pointed out that my name was spelled incorrectly and asked whether this mattered. I was assured it was only for your records and therefore didn't need changing. However when I received the V5C from the DVLA my name had been spelt incorrectly in line with your records. Not a major issue at all but obviously a bit annoying especially as I had already questioned this.
