Kenny has greatly exceeded the customer service requirements in order to agree on a deal suitable for me. Part exchange of my vehicle was swift and easy and even though I haven't achieved the price I was looking for Kenny managed to explain the reasons behind. The sale of the new vehicle took few days, during which Kenny kept me up to date with all the developments and required information. He fully understood my needs and matched the vehicle's criteria. He has explained to me each part of the contract as well as all the extras available to me. He has provided test drive facility during which I had a proper chance to test the car. On the pick-up day he has introduced me to all the systems in the vehicle and followed up with the phone call. Kenny was all that usual sales executives are not- responding and matching the vehicle to me, rather than opposite. I would highly recommend his service to anybody that is considering new car. 10/10
