I would like to say that the young salesman mark that we got when we purchased our new car was nice and friendly to us. The only problems seems to be coming from the after care service. I have been on the phone Monday, Tuesday, and today regarding a second key that I'm waiting on each time I have phoned I keep getting told I will get a phone call back but up to now this has not been the case today I was informed that by end of play today the person that I spoke to said he would phone me back this has still not happened so yet again I will be back on the phone tomorrow but this time to talk to a manager . kind regards Mr Bruce Thomson
