Overall I have no complaints with Peter Vardy Aberdeen. I did have one issue which was resolve but it did take much longer than it should have. I got the impression that my issue was not given any priority, and I was viewed as an inconvenience. However it was resolved eventually. The car I bought is my second Insignia and I went to Peter Vardy Aberdeen because they carried out all service and repairs on my 1st Insignia and I have always been more that satisfied with their Service Team/Dept. In spite of my disappointing experience this time I will continue to use their Service Dept.
