Peter Vardy Dalegety Bay - Happy with how the sale progressed and went smoothly. Salesman was pleasant and helpful and not pushy. A month in and I couldn't be happier with my car. After sales customer service hasn't been as smooth unfortunately as is usually the case with car sales alas. My car only came with one key and before I drove my car away I was promised another would be ordered and sent to me. Having not heard anything for two weeks I had to chase it up again and was promised that someone would call me when they had ordered a new key. I have now been calling at least 5 times to get a new key ordered, it wouldn't be so annoying but have been promised on every occasion that someone would call to keep me updated on how things were progressing. I have now been told that I should receive my new key in 5 - 8 working days. Don't hold out much hope but definately an area where this company must try harder I'm afraid.
