What a pleasant time I had buying my new car. I didn't feel like I was in a garage, it's a lovely relaxed atmosphere and Laura the Sells Rep gets 10 out of 10 from me. She listened to what I wanted and then explained my options. I wasn't pressured or rushed. Karen, Kelly and the girls on Reception were all very nice and friendly. Even the Mechanic who removed the Parrot Kit from my old car was very polite and professional. Wonderful experience and the little touches ie glass of bubbly (non alcoholic of course) and being given flowers for that extra special touch.
