Good service throughout. One comment I would make is about the handover. Why does it need to be someone else doing the handover? For continuity, is it not better to be the same person from sales to handover? Not that there were any problems, it was just that some things the salesman had promised/ said was arranged, the handover guy didn't know about it and needed to find out.
