Scott was very helpful and showed a very nice manner throughout our discussions resulting in me making an immediate purchase on the day. Scott was not responsible for the handover this was done by Shaun and the sales manager and unfortunately a number of very basic errors were made by them. I would also add that the reason I have scored my experience as very good is because I was made aware that a lower rating would result in a fine for Scott whom I have no issues with.
