Overall experience was good. Very attentive and at no time was any pressure felt by myself. Unfortunately this was slightly overshadowed when I collected my car. I had ordered a spare wheel for the boot instead of an inflation kit - paid for up front. On checking the boot - no tyre. Had limited time to eait for car and as the tye had to be put on wheel etc I had to wait and was late returning to work. Checking my paperwork at home I found that the Car Pass with radio details was missing. I contacted Peter Vardy and I received in the post a few days later the pass for the car - torn and written on. Not really what I had expected from a huge company as yourselves. A simple apology on the phone would have been better. Whoever sent out the pass requires instruction on how to address an envelope! I have a beautiful new car which I am thrilled with but disappointed that there were a couple of hitches.
