All my business was conducted through Glen Gilson (at Perth), throughout the process he kept us informed by phone or email as he had promised.
Any questions asked he was able to answer
When picking up the car we were introduced to the manager which was a nice touch in addition to getting a gift box, we received nothing when we bought our last car.
As a hearing impaired customer I would suggest that the background music needs to be on a lower volume as I did find it difficult to hear him at times (though he did get it turned down)
It would be a good idea if you had tables with loop systems installed to make life easier for us hearing impaired ( which represents 1 in 7 of the population) greater percentage for older customers more likely to be your future customers.
