From making the first phone-call, to driving off with my new car, the staff at Peter Vardy were fantastic. I was taken care of at every step, and given plenty of time to think and make my decision. When you're spending many thousands of pounds, you hope that the people you're dealing with care about you - and the staff here certainly fulfilled that expectation. It is common knowledge that car dealerships make the majority of their money in the extra products they offer (warranties, insurance, extras, etc.) - and while these products were offered (and their benefits were explained) - there was certainly no "hard sell" or pressure to accept, which I *sincerely* appreciate. Top marks for treating me like a human, and not "just another customer".
