Had a great experience purchasing the car from James and everything went smoothly and i cannot fault anything that happened that day.The store was very child friendly and welcoming. On the day I was to collect the car however, I was delayed about 2 hours and my partner was told on the phone whilst we had already left to collect the car that it would be delayed a further 4 hours and I would receive a full tank of petrol for the delay. Upon arriving home later that day with the car only 5 miles away I realised I only had not even a quarter tank of fuel and the car was in fact still quite dirty inside and I had to clean it myself. Great experience purchasing car...not so great experience with handover.
