We were very happy with all the staff we dealt with. They were all extremely friendly, open and honest. We were in the branch a few days in a row and all the staff knew our names and welcomed us warmly whenever we arrived. Jonathan gave us great initial info about the car we went on to purchase and was happy to answer our silly questions. Colin then dealt with our purchase and was a joy to work with. Approachable, gave straightforward answers, and gave us all details in easy to understand terms. We knew exactly everything we needed to and were very happy when it came to collecting our new car. There really isn't anything I can fault about the service we received, even the brief chat with the manager to say thank you and give us a bottle of champers was excellent. Claire phoned a week after purchase to check in and make sure all was going well and told us if we had any other worries to let her know. Great aftercare! Immensely impressed with the whole team!
