Hi, this was the 3rd car I bought from your dealership in the last 9 odd months, and it was because of the good service for the two other ones bought before this one (last November and last June), from Kenny Campbell, that I came back to him for this one. Apart from the outstanding response and service I got from Kenny, my impression of your dealership is NOT a good one: - I consider it, by and large, is a waste of time: phone calls are not answered promptly, in fact wait is sometimes antagonising; and then when they answer, they transfer you to a dead phone; - that service/spares is the same: some guys mill about taking every care not to make eye contact with clients waiting, leaving people wait so long one would think nobody cares; - that I want and I dealt only with you There you have it - thanks to you for your service and help; I do not want to deal with anybody else there - awaiting email to give you 10 x 3 - all the best - DP Lonchay
