It was a huge step for me buying a brand new car as I have only ever owned used and Diane at no point pressured us for the sale. Unfortunately the sales managers condescending pep talk briefly detracted from the perfect service though ultimately diane was the difference between buying and not buying. After buying the car kelly took great time in making the after sale service the best I have experienced and the birthday card and champagne to celebrate my wedding were perfect touches to make me feel special.
