On arrival we found we were not given any attention although salesmen didn't all appear to be too busy, However once the receptionist arranged salesman Dave to attend to us, he introduced himself very well and presented himself in a most personable style. We had a good idea of which model of car we wished to purchase but Dave explained all the options available and was very helpful in every way. We did purchase a car and it was agreed it would be collected the following day at arranged time - there appeared to be some hold up with waiting on car being taxed at P Office, this was perhaps problem with PO. Again Dave was apologetic regarding the circumstances as I reckon this was outwith his control (perhaps a management issue? ) We would like to thank Dave for his assistance and the mannerable way he handled the sale of the car JA
