Sales staff were excellent. Unfortunately I have had problems with reverse gear since day one. Service personnel came to my house and collected the car (I had a courtesy car) and adjusted the cable before bringing it back to me. Unfortunately the problem persisted and, today, I took it back again. I was taken out for practice 3-point turns and it turns out that I am not changing gear properly!! This is my 9th new Vauxhall, I have been driving for 44 years and I have never come across this before. Just a different technique required for this car. I think it would be a good idea if reverse gear was selected at some point during a test drive, as If I had had the opportunity during my 2 test drives, this could have been sorted out then. Your service personnel (particularly Andy) have been marvellous. Thank you, I hope all will be well from now on.
