The sale side of the experience was excellent and I must say that Daniel was very friendly and helpful as well as approachable.
Laura was excellent on the paperwork side of things , so on both counts a ten out of ten is deserved.
However I needed to speak to Laura about some paperwork that had arrived from the DVLA and whilst she did call back at night, we were unfortunately out. I did call back twice the next day but to date she has not returned my call. So I am afraid that side of things only rates a five
