We are happy with our new car it was just what we wanted and the service was very quick.
Our only complaint was that we received a phone call on the Friday to tell us that the car was ready to be picked up on the Saturday morning 11.00am and when I asked if they could hold it until Monday,as this was very short notice, I was told that it would cost me £100 extra. I feel that this is not acceptable after all we could have been out of the country and not due back for another week, does this mean that you would have charged us £100 for every 2 days you had to hold the car.
Overall we were very happy with the service and extremely happy with the car.
