A key issue for me that there was no salesman pressure and that the end result was ensuring customer satisfaction.My particular salesman provided all the information required to enable us to purchase the right car at the right price offering many options to ensure we were happy. The process of purchasing was unhurried which was a positive and we concluded a deal to our satisfaction. A courtesy call pre pick up of car was good and the day of pick up went smoothly thanks to both salesperson and the Handover manager who ensured everything was in place.
