I found the experience good, with excellent service which was not pushy, but rather, factual, helpful and informative. The service given by Tomas Spracklen was excellent, both when I was purchasing the car and also when I picked it up, regardless of the fact that there are people to do this job. He has since emailed to ask if I have any questions not yet answered and I have no doubt that if i had any issues I could go to him and they would be dealt with efficiently. First class service.
