During the purchase my wife and I spoke with Declan,Laura and Kelly. All 3 members helped and guided us through every part of our decision to buy. Nothing was too much trouble nor any question too "stupid" to ask, although I'm sure I pushed Kelly to the limit with some of my daft questions. Declan took on board exactly what we wanted with our exchange and new purchase and made no attempt to push or cajole anything neither of us wanted. He took us through the options and each part of the process has been explained. Laura and Kelly did the same with the finance and handover and all their help was very welcome. The new car is exactly what we wanted and once again we appreciate the service levels of Peter Vardy (Motherwell). We will be back in due course for the services and trade in etc and your name is always mentioned when the subject of cars comes up in conversation. People and so happy to bring up their bad experiences while Karen and I can only smile and relate the good.
