Over the course of the 2 days we were involved with staff for the sale of the vehicle, from first contact with three male members of staff and two coffee (?) ladies we were treated in the most courteous manner. There was never at any time any evidence of pressure to get a sale. I cannot speak highly enough in the manner we were dealt with. I have already mentioned our experience to a close friend who is in the process of thinking of changing his vehicle, and he said he was seriously thinking about a Mokka - but it would mean him having to park the car outside his garage, which he was not too happy to do.
