Hand over very drawn out, probably the slowest of any company I have ever dealt with. It would not take much to install laser printer/copiers rather than a member of staff having to run back and forward. It also appears that the various departments do not talk to each other. Not the best experience I have had. Happy enough with salesman Allan.
