In short we love Peter Vardy Aberdeen, and we have had four new cars from them. I am very impressed with Elliot Bailly who we have dealt with on all occasions and respect the fact that he has helped and guided us with choices and information. Everything from sales, customer service, vehicle knowledge and repeated attention has impressed me. I have to comment though that the vehicle hand over on the last car purchased wasn't as good and thorough as previously experienced, and feel that the young lad dealing with this was maybe inexperienced in this role. We passed this information back through our sales rep, Elliot who was most apologetic. This was raised as an observation not a criticism and will not deter us from going back.
