From the moment I stepped into the front door of the Motherwell store, I was greeted by friendly faces, who let me look around with out being harassed and left me until I was ready to be approached, I was introduced to Robbie my sales man, Robbie is fantastic he spoke to me in length about the car I was interested in to ensure it was the best choice for me, and when it came to financing he and Scott did a great job at costing the car I wanted to the budget I had in mind!... Which I was speechless about and can't be more thankful for, Within 2 days I had proudly purchased my first brand new car, and in 8 days I was driving it out the showroom, the hand over team Jason and Kelly I can't thank enough also, very informative and friendly In regards to the documentation for my new car and trading in my old, and going through my new car explaining all the gadgets, the flowers and bubbles were a lovely personal touch, I cannot express how slick the operation was and how professional the team are. Robbie called a few days after I had the car to ensure I was happy and look forward to hearing from him soon... All in all a fantastic experience, customer service first class, well done to Peter and all his amazing team of staff for making this experience such an enjoyable one, I'll be back in 3 years for my next new car and my parents were so impressed also they'll be a customer too shortly.
