My initial contact was made with Salesman David Hughes. He was very professional and talked me through the options available. Gary Scroggie assisted in the completion of the deal (both guys staying later than their normal finishing time). There was a problem occurred when transferring my original vehicle from another branch but contact was made by Laura and some options were made available to me. I decided to wait on a 15 reg car now as the 1st March was getting ever nearer. I thought I had a problem as my trade in car MOT expired prior to that date however I was offered a courtesy car to get me from the Tuesday through to the midnight handover on the Saturday night.
At the handover event everything was dealt with in a fantastic carnival but professional manner. I was shown the controls in my new car and David Hughes did a great job of getting my new car at the front of the convoy for driving away at midnight. The event itself was great too with food and drinks and a magician mixing with all the customers doing card tricks and showing how some of them were done. I met with Peter Vardy which is a decent touch. Also during the event when I had finished a cup of coffee I was returning my cup only to be met by Scott Brown (floor manager I think) who politely took the cup from me to save me the trouble. Another nice touch.
So overall I can only say that it was a 10 out of 10 experience and I would recommend Peter Vardy Motherwell to anyone.
And finally the car has been fantastic so far and long may it continue. ??
