We started off on a bad note as the salesman gave us the wrong collection date for the car when I arrived he was on holiday or a course so the other manager stepped in to find out what had happened. The new date was 4 days later a total of 6 days after the full payment had been made. This saying, this is a training and admin follow up by your training manager. I cannot fault the Asian (Sorry forgot his name) manager who put everything right and has to be commended for his actions. I am still looking for a new car for myself as this one was for my daughter and is the second car we have bought from Peter Vardy so you must be doing something right !
