I was at first very disappointed when I discovered that the car I had booked to test drive was not a diesel (as advertised) but was petrol. However, the salesman, Ross Wotherspoon, that my wife and I met tried very hard to find a suitable vehicle. In the end, my wife and I did purchase the car we had originally booked to drive even though it was petrol. This was largely due to the terrific attitude and service that we received from Ross. He is to be highly commended for turning a situation which could have been less than satisfactory into a successful and enjoyable sales experience. Well done Ross.
