Andy (the salesman) was very attentive, without being pushy. Had coffee made for us whilst we talked figures. Unfortunately the car we were interested in was sold the previous evening. Andy was not a happy bunny about that, so to make amends so to speak, we had an even better deal ironed out and came away happy with a newer car.
