From the time I entered the very impressive showroom until leaving it was a pleasure. being met by salesman Darren Tait was a pleasure from begining to end.His manner and proffesionalship was exemplarly. He showed us round the car we were interested in, explained everything and then took us for a coffee and a chat. He then asked about the car we were exchanging then gave us a quote. Mark the finance guy came and had a chat with us and a deal was struck. We were told our new Vauxhall Mocca Se would be ready in about a week but it only took 4days. When the pick up time came we were greeted by another lovely person Kelly and the handover took place. the flowees and wine were a nice touch. All in all a very pleasant experience.
