I'm only giving it a 4 because I just got my box today & haven't gotten to see how well the products work over the month yet. Was here in under 5 days after ordering, love the personalized experience & option to order as little or as much as you need. Also, I love that they strived to make housing & loving more furbabies more affordable. if this works as well as I hope it does I will never buy another kind of flea meds. already added more items to my monthly box after receiving this one. would love to see more add ons though- treat variety for cats and dogs as well as maybe nail, ear, & tooth care options.
