I'd been using these guys for a while with no problems. Then last month they didn't send my shipment yet still charged me. I've reached out countless times by email and chat with no luck because they stopped using the phone for customer service. Don't use these guys. Bunch of crooks. I canceled with them. Never again. I liked them too
