The customer service is one of the best I've encountered. I love the covienince of the notification of my shipments and the product comes quickly. My only issues are the treats that come with my dogs shipment. He can not have those but I do save them and give them to my local shelter. It also seems like the last few months I have been using the product and my dog and cat are still getting fleas. I have treated everything in my home but they both still have fleas. I even used the flea spray I purchased from you. Was the product changed? They haven't had fleas in years but are now getting them.
