It was my first time ordering with Petwell and I was a little dubious to be honest as I had read a few quite negative reviews, amongst good ones !
I have to say I need not have worried as the whole experience was a really positive one and I would without question order from this company again .

Packed goods very well with plenty of protective bubble etc which is something not every company sadly does.
