I had a problem with the product I had ordered being faulty and they were kind enough to send me a new in the post which was great by them and I give them full stars for customer service but unfortunately the replacement product does exactly the same as the first one which I thought was faulty. It was the dapp defuser for dogs, you cannot leave it plugged in all the time as the brown stick that is in the liquid keeps drying out and therefore burns
