Usually a brilliant service but I was disappointed with my last delivery as I ordered frontline at 5 am on Thursday and paid moving to France Friday night and needed it for my three dogs extra for next day delivery as I was moving to France for summer. It didn’t arrive so I called cs to be told that the courier forgot to pick it up so it wouldn’t arrive until Sat, obviously too late as I would be in France .
