Really great customer service and good value. One of my shipments went missing in the post and I contacted Petwell. Without challenging me, they sent a duplicate shipment with a free returns label in case the first shipment turned up (which it did eventually). Responses to emails were very quick and polite. I only used Petwell because it was the cheapest I could find the product I wanted to buy so didn't expect the great customer service as well.
